Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your order from Lost and Found by Christ. If something isn't right, please review our return and exchange policy below.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition. Items that have been worn, washed, damaged after delivery, or otherwise show signs of use cannot be returned.

To start a return, please contact us through our Contact page before sending your item back.

Exchanges

Need a different size? Exchanges may be requested within 14 days of delivery.

Because some of our products are released in limited quantities, we cannot guarantee that your requested size, color, or design will still be available.

If the item you would like is no longer available, you may request a return instead as long as your item meets our return requirements.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when returning an item due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or other personal preference.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible.

Include your order number and photos of the issue so we can review it and make it right.

If the issue was caused by an error on our end, you will not be responsible for the additional shipping costs needed to correct the order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether your return has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Final Sale Items

Items clearly marked Final Sale at the time of purchase are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
